Our refunds & Returns Policies

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

⚠️ Do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval may not be processed.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Perishable goods (food, supplements, flowers)

  • Personal care or hygiene products (for health & safety reasons)

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear


❌ Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue

We will review the case and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


🚚 Refunds for Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, we will investigate with the shipping provider.
If confirmed as lost, a refund or replacement will be issued.


💳 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable


🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
